For ticket sales and boarding during peak periods during the tourist season (updated 12 Mar 2024)

Thank you for using the SKY HOP BUS.


During the tourist season, we expect crowding due to the large number of passengers.

The SKY HOP BUS operates on a nonreserved seating basis, and due to the structure of the bus, it is not possible to board standing up.

Please note that you may not be able to board the bus you are scheduled to take due to congestion. In that case, please use the next bus.



Depending on the congestion on the day of the tour, ticket sales may be restricted during certain time slots.

In addition, customers with tickets may be given priority boarding.


Even if the timetable allows you to change, the bus you want to change to may be full.


Tickets that have been used cannot be refunded because the number of journeys you can take has been reduced due to overcrowding.

Refunds are only available if the ticket is unused. For tickets purchased through a travel agent, please contact the travel agent where you purchased the tickets.
※Tickets purchased through a travel agent are handled by the travel agent and the customer according to the travel agent's purchasing policy.
