December is typically a busy month, and heavy traffic is expected in various areas of Tokyo, which may cause delays in bus operations.

As a result, it may not be possible to transfer between routes at the following bus stops:

• R1/B1/G1 Marunouchi Mitsubishi Building

• B2/G6 Tokyo Tower

•  

The Sky Hop Bus will depart from the first stop on each route according to the timetable.

Even if the timetable indicates a connection is possible, buses may depart without waiting for other buses due to operational conditions.

Please note that refunds cannot be provided for delays caused by traffic conditions or bus overcrowding that prevent passengers from boarding their desired bus.

We recommend allowing extra time for your journey and planning accordingly.
