(1) Download tickets on the purchase completion screen.
Upon completion of the purchase procedure, tickets will be automatically sent to your registered e-mail address.
The same tickets as those delivered by e-mail can be downloaded from the purchase completion screen.
(2)Check your spam and archive folders
There are cases where your email may be sorted into your spam or archive folders. Please check your spam and archive folders.
(3) Purchase procedure after setting up filtering
Set your e-mail filtering settings to prevent the e-mail "noreply@skyhopbus.com" delivered at the time of purchase from being classified as "junk mail" in your e-mail settings in advance.
