Resolving the call center outage and issuing an apology

Between September 16th and 26th, the Sky Hop Bus Kyoto Call Center (075-286-8844) was unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The problem has now been resolved and the line is back in working order, but we would like to offer our apologies to customers who called during the outage.
